TX-14: Texas Special - Nobody Will Actually Make Sure I Voted For It, Right?

While the 14th district is not one that we are covering regularly, it is a race that might be interesting. More to the point, however, today it gives us some out-of-the-ordinary election news. Generally, when you don’t support a bill (i.e. vote for it), you don’t try to laud its passing.
