Posted at April 13, 2008 2:25 PM in response to Geoffrey Garin: Obama's Small-Town Comments Would Damage Him In General Election -- And Super-Dels Should Consider Them

  • You just don't get it mcdonald928 and that is your problem and obama's because claiming people "cling" to religion, guns, bigotry, and anti-immigration because they are "bitter" and then saying they were true is arrogant, condesending and extremely offensive to millions of people. Stereotyping people as obama has done in this and his "a typical white person" comments shows his ignorance and yours. Hillary grew up in this culture, so yes she was taken "aback" by these comments; you, others, and obama being so shallow minded and dismissive of someones culture and values is ignorant. obama will never be President.

  • I know this is hard for many of you on this board to understand, but lets see if you can understand, what obama did was akin to his "typical white person" statement. He claimed that small town folks "cling" to guns and god because they are bitter, he completely demeans people culture, and also claims that they are bigots because they are bitter along with anti-immigration. obama is an arrogant condesending jerk that has no clue who people outside of his click are. And if you don't or won't understand how he has offended people, you are just as ignorant as obama for saying it to his elite crowd.
Here maybe Hillary can help you understand in clearer terms:

  • Obama just doesn't steal Edwards policies he has been stealing Hillary's. Obama is such a fake it is unbeilavable. He claims that there is no way Hillary can gain more delegates...what a LIE HIllary is ahead with MI and FL, but obama doesn't want them to count, they will, and with them she leads more than 100. without them he leads 55.

  • Thi blog is nothing but BS. Sorry your garbage doesn't fly, Rendell was being asked questions and made an analysis. Obama and MSNBC started the race care in New Hampshire, he played it masterfully and whined, poor, poor, obama.

  • Obama's a wussy for not wanting to debate, the American People are owed substance not his fluff stumps and the b.s. from the media.

They have had 1 debate with just the 2 of them, if obama can't provide reality to the people he has no business running for President.

  • Mark Penn is right obama will lose the nomination, the people who are acting like sheep and have bought hook line and sinker all the bull from obama and the media. Now hes threatening the super delegates, like he is all that to change the rules in the middle of the game.
Former war hero, astronaut, and Senator John Glenn endorses Hillary Clinton.

Posted at February 12, 2008 3:51 PM in response to Hillary Pollster Mark Penn: Obama More Likely To Suffer Fate Of John Kerry Or Al Gore

  • Michael which one of those states has Obama won will take him through the General Election? Will it be KS, ID, NE, AK, IO, AL, GA, SC? Which one? Obama hasn't won the majority of states that matter. Washington is holding another vote, this time a Primary it is going to be interesting to see who the MAJORITY votes for, obama doesn't do well when EVERYONE gets to vote, now does he. People really need to start looking at the racial divide and there is one, you may not want to hear it, but he won't win the general becuase of it. WE saw it in NV, SC, FL, and LA. LA Clinton/Obama:
    White Men 66 28
    White Women 73 24
    Black Men 19 80
    Black Women 16 84
You may think obama can win these votes, maybe a few, however, then you go back to the ethnic diversity on the West Coast, the majority will go to MCCain, if you think I am wrong again you are living in LaLa Land.
The delegates won by obama yesterday were 29 more than Hillary, and we haven't even included MI and FL, which we will eventually, Hillary clearly is winning this in all ways that count. You people better wake up and see the writing on the wall. I am not even going into obamas lies and distortion, but the rightwing are already preparing their attacks. 4 more years of Republicans? Thank god there is TX, OH, PA, FL, MI who will make the final decision on this primary season.

  • I wouldn't consider the zogby poll as a true reflection, while every other has Hillary ahead. The problem with polling this time around there is a mass showing up to vote and the pollsters can't take their model in this calculation. I think those of you getting excited about this are going to be disappointed on election day.
