If this is the best they've got, I'm not worried. Looks pretty desperate and juvenile to me, and all are issues that I think Obama will be able to address easily in a debate.

Actually, not so much. I lived in Indiana for nearly 30 years until about 2 years ago.
Indianapolis has a significant black population, as well as do parts of the "region" (the Lake Michigan/Chicago suburb area dominated by steel mills) such as Gary.
Other than that, Indiana is whiter than Wonder Bread.

...so Hillary has NO dirty laundry to be revealed is she somehow gets the nomination?
This is the thing that has been bugging me lately. Between Whitewater, Monica/Bill/Impeachment, the 1993 health care fiasco, Bill's financial dealings since 2000, Hillary's exaggeration/lies about her "experience" in Bosnia, Northern Ireland etc., you're trying to tell me that Hillary would have LESS baggage in the general than Obama? With Bill Clinton as the "first gentleman" candidate standing next to her?
Good luck.
Oh, and a couple more things. Whether people realize it or not, this is Hillary's last serious run for the White House, win or lose. She's burned so many bridges among Democrats that the likelihood of her getting the type of institutional support in 2012 that she enjoyed at the beginning of this campaign are next to zero.
Finally, I think it's despicable that people (on both sides) are prepared to let their grapes sour to the point that they won't support a Democrat for the White House this year just because it's not THEIR Democrat.
Grow up. There are bigger issues here than either of these candidates - the war, our financial crisis, not to mention the SUPREME COURT. To pout and stay home this November just because Hillary is getting beat fair-and-square in the primary is beyond childish - it's anti-Democratic.

I think you really overestimate the probability of scenario 2 and really underestimate the probability of scenario 4. Other than that, not bad.

No dude. He DOESN'T have the source, and neither do you. You were asked: "Can you direct us to a quote where Obama states that Wright is his 'moral compass' on political issues?"
And you have failed to provide that source. Sorry dude.

In Oregon You have to sign up in order to be eligible to vote-by-mail, and when you send your ballot in they can compare the ballot signature with the one you used during registration. Helps prevent election fraud.
Florida has no such system, nor the time or money to implement one...

(Full disclosure... obama supporter here).
Yes, it is totally fair. The young and healthy need to chip in for health insurance, not just to help cover the costs for the people who are sick and/or elderly NOW, but also because us young people will be sick and/or old someday, too, and will need others to help cover our share then too.
It's basic economics. And it's the same principle that asks us all to pay social security, whether we'll benefit directly from it or not. Medicare too, etc.

Agree that the headline on the front page is very very misleading. Makes it sound like Obama is writing checks as we speak.
Can we get a clarifying update please?

I was thinking about this today in terms of the superdelegates who are members of Congress - especially those in the House.
If this thing goes down to the convention, those members of Congress (if any) who choose to vote against the results in their own districts will have a lot of explaining to do come re-election time. Methinks that has to be a factor, especially in those cases where the reps. haven't previously committed to a candidate.
