How can anyone have the audacity to oppose such a hero? The very least America owes John McCain is to let him be president if he wants to.

I think they mean it in the same sense Mark Antony meant it of Brutus--ironically. By repeating "Brutus is an honorable man." he makes his treachery even more stark.

McCain more knowledgeable? That will change as people find out he doesn't know his ass from Afghanistan.

I agree. I think our luck just ran out. We got caught in a crisis this time without someone in office with the ability and integrity of FDR or Lincoln. That doesn't mean we can't choose better this coming election.

That is the way Clark has handled this. He stipulated McCain's status as a war hero, and then said that he had poor judgment in matters of military strategy and foreign policy. It looks like the Obama camp is backing him up a little better now. They certainly should. Clark would be a huge asset for them. He and Webb are both bona fide Democrats that are not afraid of Republicans.

Finally, a little respect from Big Media. CNN actually cites you Greg:

They used to feel free to just rip you off. After all you're just a blogger, not a real journalist.

Absolutely. Obama was certainly not pretending to be a bowler. His gutter balls proved that. He was being himself. Big difference between that and the shot-and-beer and gun talk pretense.

Also in the article: "Mr. Penn's shift." Oh snap. What a double entendre.

Forget Penn. What does it say about Hillary that she has turned to someone so mercenary to manage her campaign?
