Soldiers don't decide when their job is done; that is decided at a much higher pay grade, no matter who is president.

Not so much a nitpick seeing that McCain made a huge deal about Obama camp's spelling of the word "flak" ("flack").
Basic geography doesn't seem too much to ask of someone who wants to be president.
