McCain to FL Cubans,"Obama will sit down with Raul Castro"
John McCain, not 5 minutes ago, told Cuban Americans living in Miami that Obama will sit down to talk to Raul Castro unconditionally. In an effort to scare up support, McCain has launched a" Scare Florida's Jewish and Spanish speaking"...more »

A Little Bit Pregnant?
I have always admired the Clintons, especially WJ, and enjoyed rubbing his victories in the noses of my ultra-conservative co-workers, playfully anyway. However, I don't think that I am in the minority if I feel that there has been a...more »

or that over 1 million people have viewed that woman at the DNC rules meeting ranting about inadequate black man. Lanny is making the rounds and letting Sean Hannity talk circles around him. He should stay off TV. I wrote him and told him so. By the way, have you ever noticed that Hannity looks like Fred Flintstone?

We all know, Robert Reich was once in love with HRC and is or was very close to her and Bubba. I think if anyone outside her family is qualified to voice an opinion of Hil, it is the guy who tried to talk her out of marrying Bill. He has obviously had her interests in his heart and on his mind. We all knew the kicking and screaming scenario would play out to some degree, too. All those who kept saying "she's a pro, she'll do the right thing" were of base. She's only doing the right thing to the degree that she has no supporters with any clout to do otherwise. And don't tell me to stop kicking her in the interest of unity. She needs to be kicked into unifying, as the last couple days have shown us. Look at the headlines abroad Wednesday, all about or first Afro-American nominee and the hopes they have for us, compared to at home, "Will Hillary be VP." It is sad for us, even in victory. Thank God for the young people.

Yes, I think our ongoing hateful diatribes against HRC were based on the fact that we all expected her to nullify Sen. Obama with her trademark treachery & misspeaking of the facts. Now that such tactics have blown up in her face, I feel we did not give our hero enough credit for being able to overcome. He truly has shown he has what it takes with an organization that beat the Clinton Machine BY THE RULES! Did anyone see that piece on Nightline on his campaign headquarters? The wave of the future, it gives me ongoing pride and confidence in today's young people.

Rants. She has not shown any of the courtesy that she and her followers keep demanding. I think this post hits the nail on the head for anyone who has been following this thing closely. I firmly believe a woman can and should be president if qualified, but I personally think that the people lining up behind Sen. Clinton are ill-informed. She carries sooo much baggage and if you do any digging at all, which Joe Average does not, you will be left both speechless and astonished that she got as far as she did. Also remember, she still faces charges in November for violation of election finance laws. would she go to trial between the election and inauguration? All we want is the same respect she demanded last night.

I agree with the poster. Obama has been a gracious winner, stopped campaigning against her after North Carolina, when it was clear he would be the victor BY THE RULES. She and her people have kept taking shots at Obama, and I personally believe it is an effort to damage him permanently. Some statements are impossible to take back. If the attacks in this campaign had been reversed, the racists may have actually made attempts on Sen. Obama's life for attacking a white woman.

She will not allow him any glory whether or not he's winning. He hasn't kicked her hard enough to keep her down. We all feel the same thing; it's a monster movie where the monster keeps coming back every time you think it's dead.
