Attorny General John Edwards. Lots of work to do on the criminal administration that has usurped executive power for 8 yrs and kept too much hidden.

Does anyone know when the millionaire clause kicks in, allowing Obama supporters to double the federal limit?

What really bothers me is that both the Clintons and McCain are skirting the campaign finance laws. Using personal fortune gained from political speeches, favors, etc, is not in the spirit of the law. the law was intended to give more voice to individual voters. At what point does the millionaire clause kick in, allowing all supporters of Senator Obama to donate double the amount.
What McCain did last fall is even worse. As a "champion" of campaign finance, he subverted the system buy taking loans on fed matching funds and even on a life insurance policy. had he not cheated the system, Gov. Romney or Mike Huckabee would be the GOP nominee, both of whom are better candidates than the old, flipflopping, senile McCain.

That's not the point. the point is that he was an ardent supporter of hers, a former Sen and Pres Candidate (who she and bill worked hard for). Now he is telling her IT IS OVER. If she gets out before May 22nd, she'll have some dignity left. If not, she will never be Senate Majority leader and you can cross Bill's name off for JP Stevens Supreme Court vacancy.

Polls are always right. Survey USA nailed IN didn't they? 54-42 Clinton? Hmmm...The CLinton psychological warfare isn't working. Hell, McGovern just asked her to get out of the race!

Her logic seems to be that she owes this to the supporters she has. She owes it to people who endorse her, like Evan Bayh and the NC Gov. She owes it to the big donors and super dels who got on board early.
In order to continue to raise money, she had to promise things like FL and MI. She was desperate, and in that time found her economic populist message. it just came too late. so now that she's promised the world, and can't deliver, she just brings $6.4M in from Bill's Uzbeki Oil Fund.

hillary is positioning herself for 2012. she knows that she's lost, and is purposely trying to make obama unelectable come november so "SHE" can run again in 2012. problem: this country cannot afford 4 years of mcbush.

i dont think it's spin. it's just showing how bitter some people feel right now. one thing you can count on the GOP to do in the fall is unite the Dem base against them with rovian style politics. once obama has a chance to go after mccain, the tide will change again. the only question is, will Obama be stuck with Clinton to hold on to his base in Nov, and in turn, hurt himself with Indie's?
