I'm withholding judgement until I can see what sort of fight is put up against immunity by Obama.

What I'd *like* to see happen is for them to use the issue to club Republicans, but portraying the Republicans as being so beholden to corporate interests, they'd rather scuttle the bill then defend national security, when it comes down to the battle in the Senate. Make *them* play defense on national security for once.

They may have a plan here. Or they may be folding. Knowing the democrats, it's prboably the latter -- but I'm still going to wait and see before I pronounce my final judgement on the matter for myself. None of this means I'm not going to vote for Obama or that my enthusiasm is lesser. I always recognized that the guy was going to make decisions I disagreed with -- even on important issues.

I just wonder what the gameplan here is, honestly.
