John McLame wasn't qualified to be a line officer when he was in the Navy so why would he now be qualified to be Commander in Chief of all the armed force?
Anybody? Bueller, Bueller?

You reminded me of my turn down from AT&T (in 1966) for a job that would have entailed climbing microwave towers. I had had a knee operation a year earlier but, "because the type of operation you had usually results in a 2nd operation within 5 years makes you unacceptable..." The original repair is doing great to this day; A second operation has never happened.
That's not as bad as a later turn down for being "over qualified" (something we can't accuse McSame and Pitlin of being).

The thought of a pilot (of a campaign) with inoperable landing gear, low on fuel, circling an aircraft carrier before an attempt to crash land, came to mind.
Can his superiors get a safety net rigged in time to save his landing aboard the ship or will the Maverick bail out on his own?
I certain, cough cough, that his decision will be based on what is best for the country.

McLame has certainly shown how well he does when he knows the questions beforehand.

What else would you expect from a man who spend 5 1/2 years as a POW.

Let's see, he married Cindy in 1980, retired from the Navy and moved to Arizona. That's 28 years, but with 7 houses that averages out to only 4 years in a house.
Maybe my math skills can get me a job in a McLame administration as an economic adviser!

I agree - about the word low. McSame's voters have been misinformed over and over. They are highly informed with lies and distortions which they seem to have to believe, even when they know it is wrong.

Is this "honor" something you can still possess even if you have behaved dishonorably? That's what we're being led to believe about McLame isn't it? Despite his dishonorable behavior on many occasions he is still being called an honorable man.
Too bad it wasn't that way for this guy I knew in high school 50 years ago. He admitted to having oral sex ONCE with another guy and was called a cocksucker from then on.
