  • Josh Marshall needs to stop his bias

We get it.  You support Barack Obama.  However, because you decided not to endorse when everyone else was, you should at least try to be as unbiased as possible.  That means stop spinning everything to be anti-Hillary and pro-Obama.  It's...more »

I wonder how many people may end up saying this about Obama if he doesn't fulfill what everyone expects of him?

  • Just like he missed the MoveOn vote, yet made both the vote directly before and after it. Or how about him missing the vote to designate the IRG a terrorist organization when there was ample notice for him to make it back from NH? Geez! Everyone's so hard on Obama. Don't they see he's running for the most important position in the U.S.? Why is everyone trying to hold him up to such a high standard? Give him a break, already!!

  • I love the "ordinary Americans" line. I'm guessing "ordinary Americans" were in attendance at his $2,300 per person fundraiser in San Francisco when Obama addressed how people from small towns in Pennsylvania feel. I'm guessing those people in Pennsylvania, who probably can't afford to donate to Obama's campaign, are not ordinary Americans.

  • I hope Obama supporters, like you, will stop being so dismissive of what Hillary's campaign meant, particularly to her supporters. Many will get behind Obama, but it's clear that many Obama supporters, including you, Tena, don't believe his rhetoric of elevating our political discourse as you continue to participate in the daily Hillary-bashing that festers on this site.

  • It's probably b/c the whole "race-baiting" fiasco was largely created by the media. The Clintons are true allies of the black community and many of them know that. Of course, that didn't stop Barack Obama from standing idle while the two were labeled as racists, which was despicable.

  • I find it so odd that so many Democrats relish in talking about the drug use of Republicans, but the mere mention of drug use by Barack Obama and you hear cries of racism. Why is there a double standard?

Let me be clear, one's drug use really doesn't effect my vote unless they pretend to be so self-righteous, but it does strike me as odd that so many Democrats talk about elevating our discourse in politics and yet this gets prime space on a Democratic website.

  • When are you all going to get over your Hillary-hatred? This site and many of its supporters are so disgusting. Stop it. Half of the party supports this woman - this amazing, phenomenal woman. She received more votes from Democrats who voted in the primary. Many people admire and love her. Just stop it already!
