Is this the plans that include that democrats and independents who voted in the republican election because they thought their votes would not matter, can not vote in the new primary.
I've read that 35% of the votes in the Republican where these switchover votes.
Seeing as Hillary only received 55% of the vote with only her name on the ballot, it is possible Obama really 'won', and they're trying to count these people out?
