  • Carville's OLD strategy?

"we takes em' up the mountain, and sends them down into her nest, then after SHE eats em', we sneaks in and gets our "PRECIOUS" back again!"

Didn't seem to work, though... time for another strategy!

  • Does this mean Hillary doesn't care for the rights of Obama voters in Michigan?

I think that is pretty small of her campaign managers, TO SIMPLY DISREGARD, WITH SUCH A CASUALLY INCOMPLETE REFERENCE, the 700,000 to 1 million Michigan voters who did not get to cast their ballots for Obama?

Pretty selective democracy going on here.

Really, what bout the Michigan Obama voters? Why does Hillary's campaign refuse to acknowledge that little anomoly in their "truncated democracy" strategy.

I bet she wishes she could ignore Iowa and Carolina, and all the other states' Obama voters. She sure seems willing to disrespect their votes in Michigan.

"Democracy, MY way!" with a photo of Hillary pointing her finger at some sucker in the crowd, now there's her new logo and bumpersticker!

They may as well say "pull my finger!"

That's obviously Hillary's new strategy, "the good ole' girl," which apparently works well in some inherently prejudiced states like West Virginia.

  • "his constituents went for Obama 4-1."

Which certainly justifies his landing FINALLY on Obama to support.

A lot of Edwards supporters moved over to Obama, because Edwards had the dignity and party unity to drop our when ti was inevitable he was not going to get the nomination.

If Hillary was playing by the REAL rules and not the Clinton rules, her delegates would all be free now to represent the majority of their constituents.

When rules float, the whole system stinks...

  • Great post, Yoda.

This; "the combination of many colleges, growing educated population, strong African American registration rates, and a solid Democratic political machine..." means NC is a formula for success that Democrats need to emulate in every state.

    VP? Sebelius!
She could be effective at more than one cabinet post, from Ag to Ed to Commerce. Check out her strong points in each of those, she has covered a lot territory in her specialties. So might I suggest that versatility qualifies her for the VP spot?

"And she's lassoed a whole lotta tuskers for a muleskinner."

  • Hillary won't pay them. If Obama did, how do you think it will affect thier opinion of him?

Can anyone imagine a more noble gesture?

Otherwise, only the Penns will get paid.

Keep in mind, Bionic, these people would become a real asset to the future campaign. Imagine the depth their loyalty, that after being discarded by the Clintons, they are paid by US. By you and me and the rest of Obama's contributors, there's even some ironic justice in it all.

I also think it would be a very good political move, and a very noble gesture towards the heart of our party.

And not only can we can afford it, it could probably turn into a huge fundraiser, well over and above the 10 to 20 million that Hill's top ops left in their wake.

And keep in mind, I'm talking about the street level people, not her millionaire staffers.
