Some Hope in Indiana
Jonathan Martin writes in Politico this afternoon that Obama will find more sympathetic voter terrain in Indiana, which has a surprisingly high urban makeup among other traits. And - just as important if not more so - he's on equal footing with Clinton from...more »

Clinton attacks, Obama doesn't - for a darn good reason
I'm amazed at the shallow analyses of much of the MSM regarding this debate last night. Many pundits pronounced that Clinton was more on top of her game while Obama wasn't and that somehow his lack of attack was indicative of trouble...more »

Rendell: Obama's only 50% vetted
PA Governor Ed Rendell's latest comments (see http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2008/04/gov-rendell-the.html) illustrate the Clinton campaign's obvious strategy of arguing against Obama's ability to win the general election versus arguing for hers. Jake Tapper, who spoke with Rendell, countered the comments noting that some yet unopened Clinton Presidential library...more »

The Hillary for VP talk is merely her campaign's way of asserting her vast importance to the Dem's general election chances.
It's another Clinton ruse for power. Thankfully, it won't work.

Furthermore, preventing foreclosures helps to save the communities in which these homes are located...nothing like a boarded-up, abandoned home to lower the surrounding home values. Nothing like an investor picking up a foreclosed home at sheriff's sale to help turn an ownership community into a rental one....
There are multiple reasons why efforts to save primary residences from foreclosure benefit us all.

Let's not join Hillary Clinton in making off the cuff comments about select groups of people. The reason we love Obama is he says that no matter what hard feelings some may have, his aim is to REACH OUT in a more effective way to these very folks and listen to their concerns and genuinely try to communicate. If Clinton followed the wisdom of his words, she'd be the one meeting with the black community at every opportunity, trying to BUILD her coalition instead of narrowly defining it.
Her loss...his gain.

Thinking more about Andrew's comments, I also wonder if he wants to make sure voters see Obama as a winner. This psychology is so important in the booth. Andrew, after all, is no dummy, having run campaigns Clinton-style for many years. I do believe he's sly like a fox.
