I've seen most of hs speeches - but this was about as good as it gets. AND HOWCAN ANY ONE CLAIM that he delievers empty speeches. It's about as substantive as it gets... WOW!

Actually he just spoke at AIPAC and it was an awesome speech, once again. Mcbush doesn't have a chance.

I believe the AIPAC speech is his "first post-victory speech".

He literally just walked off the stage at AIPAC, so I doubt he'll be on for some time. His speech in front of AIPAC was really wonderful, and opened with another gracious hat tip to the lingering pebble in his shoe.
Clinton should be on stage shortly. CNN.com has the live stream.

This could get really comical really fast. Obama makes a speech, gives lots of gracious props to her and she comes out and continues to campaign -
Another couple of days and this is the Mad Magazine Campaign.

Just saw Obama's speech to AIPAC.
Wowwwwwwww!
He really hit it out of the park.
As an American, a liberal and a Jew, I've never been prouder to be an Obama supporter. If this doesn't answer the critics, I don't know what possibly could.
And as was written above, it was completely substantive and hit just the right note.

Having BILLARY Clinton as vice president would be the equivalent of having a spitting Cobra as a room mate. You CANNOT control its NATURAL HABIT of spitting and biting. Either way, you get POISON in your blood circulatory system!

Gees. Hillary is talking about hardworking Israelis now, and hardworking AIPAC members, and the hardwork ahead to make sure that there's no more hard work for anyone anywhere, until the work gets harder again...and we're all back to being hardworking.
I'm ready for her to stop working that hard-working argument so much, and take a rest, on a beach, like Larry David said...far away from phones.

Finally, she gets around to fairly lukewarm praise of Obama, but goes back quickly to saying "We need a DEMOCRAT in the White House".

Yeah, clinton is giving a bizarre campaign speech. Now she just gave props to obama as I was typing. It didn't make any sense in the context of the speech. She really is pathetic. It's like they cut and pasted a paragraph praising obama into the speech. Did her speech writers quit already?

No kidding! It is unbelievable. Plus all the nutty additional rhetoric!

Hillary is talking about HER SPECIFIC foreign policy plan for the post Bush era! Someone get the straight-jacket and get her off the stage!! She's gone crackers!

She is mentally ill.
This is more than mere narcissism.

Actually, it is consistent with clinical narcissism. She has to be on drugs as well. Check out this link on narcissism:

Clinton will come around. Her supporters were at Obama's speech last night and cheered him on with the rest of us. We were a united party in St. Paul last night. Now we just have to wait for Hillary. I hope she comes around and supports her supporters as they have supported her.
I'd rather it be sooner than later, but a 4th of July speech from her could be dramatic and exciting. Until then, I hope she can be graceful and quite honestly, I hope she takes some time off the trail and rests up, collects herself. Then it's time to get to work in the Senate and for your constiuents in NY. There are some important votes coming up. I hope we start to see the Hillary I voted for on Feb. 5th and that I lost around March or so.
Until then, let's be honorable and respectful winners!

I think she has a shorter window to get on board before Obama has to publicly (through a leak) say that she has no chance for the VP slot so she stops thinking that she has something to bargain for.

another great speech...hmmm..
1st post: "AND HOW CAN ANY ONE CLAIM that he delievers empty speeches. It's about as substantive as it gets... WOW!"
The "substance":
"Pauline Beck deserves a vacation in Puerto Rico.."
"I'll guarantee health insurance for everyone"
all telepromted rhetoric

Hilary Rosen has a nice take on Hillary's refusal to acknowledge Obama's victory. She tells Hillary not to use her (Rosen's) vote as a bargaining chip to get what she (Clinton) wants.
"I am not a bargaining chip, I am a Democrat."
Kudos to Hilary Rosen.

Kudos to Rosen.
It is on Hillary's best interest to initiate the Unity task , vigorously and unconditionally, sooner than later. Well, there may be a lot of people who still like Hillary, but their likeness was based primarily on the myth of her much hyped inevitability to the nomination, which she marketed very well by using the gender card. That was ok. But that is past now. As the time passes, most of the power (loving) groups of female around the country, and particularly those who circle around Washington, will distance from her as they will see her being alienated by the party and media. And this is already beginning to happen right now. You can take the case of Hilary Rosen or Maxine Waters.
Next, she will be held solely responsible, rightly or wrongly, if Obama loses, for whatever reasons. The consequence would be such devastating that she will never be able rise in politics again. The real end of the Clinton dynasty will be complete when that happens. So for her to remain relevant in politics, the burden is on her to help Obama win the presidency and take full credit for it.
