Kerry: Hillary "Has Every Right To Continue To Fight"
While campaigning on Barack Obama's behalf yesterday in Pennsylvania, John Kerry disowned the notion that Hillary Clinton should drop out — a further indication that the Obama camp sees the talk as more of a negative than a positive, and that high-profile supporters might be on notice.
"She has every right to continue to fight," Kerry said. "As long as we all agree that no matter what happens in this, we're going to come together at the end of it. And we are going to guarantee that as Democrats, were going to vote a Democrat into the White House."

Yeah that means so much coming from you, Kerry. I'll always be bitter that you didn't fight for us. Always.
I'll never forget it.

This is absolutely right. Arguing about whether Hillary should drop out allows her to portray herself as the victim of sexist pigs and only gets her back up anyway. Instead, keep the focus on her poor judgment (Iraq, Iran), her lying (Tuzla, NAFTA, the Ohio health care story), her incompetent management (health care reform, her own campaign), and her betrayal of the Democratic Party and the principles it stands for (touting McCain as a better commander in chief than Obama, donors threatening to stiff the DNC & DCCC).

Yep. I agree. Hillary Clinton NEEDS to ride this pony into the complete destruction of her nation-wide political career. At least, she has a second chance . . . Running as McCain's VP.

She has every right to continue and every right to expect that her political career will suffer greatly as the Clinton Restorationists are purged from the party

All the efforts to stampede Hillary out of the race failed, and to some extent backfired. That's why Obama and Kerry have backed off.

I'd argue that it wasn't so much an effort to stampede Clinton from the race, but to completely solidify the point to voters that Obama is in fact very clearly ahead.
There's no better way to do that than to force someone to answer legitimate questions about exactly how they plan to win, and justify their staying in the race. The questions accomplished what they set out to achieve, and there is no point in pushing any further at this time.
The Obama camp has shown an excellent grasp of the subtleties of this race, something that Clinton's camp has often struggled with.

Kerry has a major conflict of interest with Lieberman and others and should resign:

Hillary should absolutely not drop out...
After all, the presidency is hers by inheritance. We were supposed to have a coronation of her in February and it was damned inconsiderate of Obama to run a much better and more effective campaign.
Just because Hillary cannot get the nomination in a manner that will be considered legitimate by other than Clintonistas and the DLC is not cause for her to drop out.
Just because all that is left is for Hillary to destroy the Dimocrat Party is not cause for her to drop out.
John Kerry SUCKS! He won the election is 2004 but was unwilling to fight for the theft of Ohio by that state's elected rethugnican officials & Diebold. Because of the Kerry WIMP FACTOR, he sentenced our country to 4 more years of Bush & Cheney. Because of the lack of backbone by Kerry, thousands of additional deaths in Iraq happened.
