Hillary Wins Pennsylvania, Networks Project

MSNBC, Fox, ABC and CBS call it for Hillary.

With three percent reporting, it's 53%-47%.

Late Update: Clinton spokesperson Mo Elleithee gives us the instant spin from the Hillary camp about the impact tonight's victory will have on the super-delegates:

"There's beginning to be a subtle shift of psychology of a lot of the uncommitted supers," Elleithee said. "[They] are beginning to wonder why Obama has been unable to win this thing despite all the advantages he has."

"There's a lot of questions that are beginning to surface about him," he said, while superdelegates are learning that "every time she's got her back up against the wall, she delivers."

There were reports today that a bloc of supers were preparing to break to Obama. It will be interesting to see if that materializes -- and also interesting to see if Hillary's Pennsylvania win translates into a greater corralling of super-del support than she's been able to pull off thus far.

Late Update: Hillary top adviser Terry McAuliffe spins Hillary's victory, arguing that the pledged del count shouldn't necessarily decide who the Dem primary winner was.

McAuliffe also brazenly predicts that Hillary will win the popular vote in the end -- Florida included, of course.

Late Update: New exit poll numbers from tonight show that whoever wins the nomination, many Dems in Pennsylvania are at risk of defecting to McCain.

Late Update: The latest numbers: With 57% reporting, Hillary leads by 10 points, 55%-45%. Of course, as Chuck Todd just said on MSNBC, some precincts likely to heavily favor Obama have yet to be counted. So we'll see.

Late Update: In her victory speech, Hillary primes her supporters for the tough road ahead.

Late Update: Obama kicks off his concession speech, and graciously concedes that Hillary "ran a terrific race."

Late Update: With nearly 80% reporting, Hillary leads by 10 points, 55%-45%.

Interesting. One of the curious things about elections is that early margins are often off by a few points, but rarely by much more than that, unless the early returns are coming from just a few parts of the state. Glancing at CNN's map, it looks like these returns are coming from rural and urban areas (though more heavily the latter). Still, it looks unlikely that Clinton will edge her lead up into double digits.

How do you see the chance that Clinton will get the sort of win she needs to really change the game, Fly? Not much more than zero, right?

She's not trying to change the game. She's trying to hang on for another couple months, in the hopes that her attacks (or something else) can mortally wound Obama before the convention.

Tonight's battle is about perception, not the popular vote or delegates. Hillary needs to find some way of producing a surge of donations sufficient to carry her through the next contests - she's running on empty. And she needs to convince enough superdelegates to remain undecided.

Given those goals, tonight may well prove sufficient. But the point is, even if you were to tell me the final tallies right now, it wouldn't be enough to say for sure. What matters most of all is how this race is seen. What's the narrative? Is it Obama gaining ground as Hillary bleeds voters, as Mr. Panjandrum suggests below? Or is it Obama unable to win an important battleground state, as the Clinton campaign contends?

Perhaps we have an answer. The Clinton campaign is claiming to have raised $100k in the first 20 minutes after the polls closed. If that keeps up, it counts as a win, whatever the final margin.

Almost makes me wish that I wasn't already maxed out on donations to Obama, just so I could donate some more.

But I suspect that many of you still can.

Yes, if only Obama had more money, he would have won!

Congrats, your candidate won by playing to the racists and the underinformed. Oh and news flash, pointing that out doesn't make me "elitist," it just makes me observant. Get back to me when you've got delegate math that doesn't involve antidemocratic backroomship, dear.

CNN projected! Yes, their votes should be taken away. How dare they vote against Obama!

Look, I'll put this as simply as I can:

Your candidate won by running (literally) like a Republican.

Congratulations, you've become what you hate. See you in November.

Sore lose much?

Drunk again?

Gee, where's that "20 point" win you were so certain of? Face it, it's over, pathetic-troll-who-is-so- desparate-for-attention.

hey joe Lisboa, why don't you grab your ball and run on home. we're (the hillbots, of course) are enjoying some sweet victory.

thanks.

I am home, Junior. Nothing quite spells victory like blowing a 25% lead and squandering millions of dollars, eh? Wait, let me guess: some of your best friends are black? Thought so.

See you in November.

wait - you might be a little confused. YOU squandered the millions of dollars. $11 mil, i think?

and, no, my best friends aren't black. just clinton-lovin' hispanics like me. "typical," eh?

Yeah, nice snark. Congratulations.

Zell: I will give to Obama right now. This was her last hurrah. Thank goodness.

sore much?

GO HILLARY!

OK Zell, just donated. Asking all Obama backers to join me :)

Me too Zell.

I guess I need to bundle some more for Clinton and go to her fundraisers.

She is in it to win it.

A great night for Clinton.

just sent in what i could to hillary.

this feels great.

yes, I will be sending in my $25 as well. We need to show our support. She needs us!

You'll need to do better than $25. She's over $1 million in debt and Mark Penn doesn't work for free.

don't worry about that. We all do what we can. She has millions of "me" to count on. And she has just won the last big contest being outspent 1:3. It is very sweet! How do you feel now?

She actually doesn't have "millions" of you. You're confusing her with Barack Obama who has 1.3+ million donors.

But how do I feel now? Pretty much exactly how I felt a few hours ago, a few days ago, because nothing has changed.

Everyone knew she was going to win PA - it's exactly her demographic and she had the entire state democratic machine behind her - and the margins remain to be seen. She might get to 10% but certainly not over 15% and what's that net her? 10-15 delegates? That's not nearly enough if she wishes to overtake Obama.

Oh, and she's now broke.

I don't want to take away from your victory. Congratulations are due, of course. But it doesn't change anything.

user-pic

Plus she greased the palms of the PA political machine. Obama wouldn't on principle.

I guess the Godfathers of the world rule. Her and Bill's little sopranos parody is closer to the true character of these two than we thought.

user-pic

I feel great.

Despite this nominal victory, all the facts point to one thing: Senator Obama continues to trend up in every group. Senator Clinton continues to trend down.

IF I were you I'd find a local victory party and enjoy tonight. Things could get really frustrating from here on out.

user-pic

Hey Goatlife, what happened to that 20 percent you were predicting? Why can't your girl close the deal? Why didn't she put up more ads? Oh right! She's broke!

nice try trying to buy the election, barry. HOW MUCH DID YOU SPEND AGAIN?

GO HILLARY!!!!!!!!! VICTORY!

He sure spent a lot. And he still has $42 million on hand. Clinton has -$2 million. Ouch.

obama won penn! i'm glad all those millions went to good use. oh, wait...

Go Hillary! Fight on!

Must be big if they are calling it this early.

I think they were sitting on the exit polls because Fox had her winning by 10.

The race continues.

No, it just makes more money for the media. The race is a done deal. Even Chris Matthews had to admit that tonight.

Careful there, gotalife. We're at 7%, and it's 52-48. The final margin will likely be a little wider, but it sure don't look like double-digits at this point.

Let's also dispense with expectations, shall we? There are only two things that can force Clinton from the race: a wave of superdelegate endorsements for Obama, or her funds drying up. The problem with losing Pennsylvania is that it's likely to percipitate both of those outcomes. Winning by a single-digit margin, as she's apparently done, may not be enough - unless she can monetize that victory and replenish her coffers. And if the Obama camp (as it claims) has a bunch of supers stockpiled for late tonight/ tomorrow, then there's real trouble.

Clinton's hope was a big enough Pennsylvania win to draw donors back to the fold, and to freeze the superdelegates on the fence for another couple weeks. It's really not clear, at this point, that she has that.

I see a landslide in the works, poor MSNBC, they look so mad.

Poor tweety, they need to get that lunatic some help.

Tweety looks so pathetic and this guy wants to run for senator. Haha, can't wait to vote against him

user-pic

Let's all brace ourselves. Hillary might convince the party to hand her the nomination. She can do it. She can overturn the popular and pledged delegate count. It can and likely will happen.

Let's get over it. We're toast.

Will never happen. Reid, Dean, Polosi will NEVER let it happen.

Thats the spirit.

Donate to Clinton to crush mcwar in the general.

I want that flat screen the John king is using on CNN. That is sweet!!!

Just a reminder the predictions Obama campaign had back in early Feb for Penn was 47 - 52.
http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0208/Obamas_projections.html

Oh crap, I'm missing crab fishing. Later.

user-pic

Pennsylvania results should be compared with Ohio results. Bill Schneider at CNN started comparing the demographics and found that Obama is expanding his coalition while Clinton’s is bleeding voters. In other words, the Clinton campaign will now run on empty.

Putt-putt-sputter-wheez-kerplop.

And this after all the garbage he's had to go through in the interim.

user-pic

Where are the results that Huffpo has up - showing 2/3s of exit voters saying Clinton unfairly attacked Obama and that an overwhelming majority expect Obama to win the nomination?

What is it with this superdelegate gossip?

It's totally bogus - she is not going to get the nomination. This changes things for the better - he's upping his numbers with certain voters.

Nice spin.

user-pic

Why has MSNBC turned the commentary over to the DLC turkey Harold Ford?

Because the rest of them are unhinged .

Why has MSNBC turned the commentary over to the DLC turkey Harold Ford?

i was wondering the same thing

user-pic

Jesus Christ, Scarborough is shooting Hillary-rainbows out of his ass.

user-pic

LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!

Sweet! She is going to get hammered tonight.

user-pic

Harold Ford is a loser.

He makes Alan Colmes look effectual.

I'm watching MSNBC's coverage on my computer since I got rid of my cable subscription (the best part of having no TV is telling people you have no TV all snooty-like). Having the speakers so near to my ears has really brought just how annoying it is that the people covering elections yell constantly for no good goddamn reason to the fore. It's always bugged me but with the speakers right in front of me I've had to turn the volume way down.

To the talking heads on MSNBC: SPEAK IN AN INSIDE VOICE.

user-pic

I think I love you - I worship the Flying Spaghetti Monster and that is an awesome avatar!

I tell that to my granddaughter all the time - use your inside voice LOL! Some adults never learn, do they? ;)

user-pic

the best part of having no TV is telling people you have no TV all snooty-like

Actually, the VERY best part of not having tv is the look on people's faces when you tell them you have no tv.

First, there's the shock. Then, as people realize they can't talk to you about tv, a brief glimpse of pure panic flashes through them, followed by an intense concentration as they scan their brain for something original to talk about. Finally, in some theres the realization look, when they understand exactly how much that box defines who they are.

Of course, I'm sure I go through the same sequence when someone tells me they don't use the internet...

I feel like they mostly just think I'm weird or crazy. When it comes to TV, I'm okay with that.

user-pic

PLEASE let it end. Please. I'm begging you, voters-who-haven't-voted-yet. Please.

Donation coming up for Senator Obama...Yes we can...
and I can't believe Harold Ford...I guess he is another Clinton supporter,,,and goes with the wind...and Joe is annoying...

I can only pray that the margin will be less than 10% and not 20%...

user-pic

Harold Ford had and maybe still has a leadership position at the DLC. Total Clintonista.

Note to trolls

Clinton didn't outspend Obama, wait for it,

because she FUCKING COULDN'T!!!!!

She didn't have the money. She would have spent a hundred gazillion trillion dollars if she could have, but she couldn't.

Why?

because her big, rich donors maxed out, and little people stopped or never have given her money. Meanwhile Obama keeps socking away 25 and 50 dollar checks from people are all over the country.

But you trolls know that. The one thing I really wonder though, is do you really think she is going to pay you what she owes you for your "work" trolling here?

If you do, bwahahahahahah, that's just too rich.

magurakurin, i'm mostly translating your post as:
"waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

hope i got it right.

anyhoo, yeah, she went on with no money, and still won. how much did barry spend again, only to see he can't buy votes?

too bad.

will you get your money back when hills get the nomination?

user-pic

I think it's a little disingenuous of you to say she went on with no money - she's in debt, to be sure, but she certainly spent money in PA. True, he outspent her 2:1, but you act as if she had absolutely no money and pulled off a miracle. Remember, she was up by about 20 points 6 weeks ago, and even with the kitchen sink that was thrown at Obama it looks like he's keeping it to single digits - not enough for her to cut into his delegate lead or popular vote total.

I congratulate Hillary, and you should savor this victory because it will be one of her last. So enjoy - I don't mind because I.m confident at the end of the day that Obama will be the Democratic nominee and our next President.

user-pic

She owes 10 mil, she only has 9 mil. But she is winning on the economy?

I guess Obama was wrong when he speaks to the voters like they are intelligent adults.

PA voters are complete morons. Hillary recognizes this and appeals to the moronic section of the elecorate.

user-pic

I'm waiting to hear a bit more on the advantages Mo Elleithee thinks Obama had, as in why he hasn't already put it away "...despite all the advantages he has".

Hmmm, name recognition? Well-connected among the powerful? Granted he is male, but not exactly safely white. Oops, I forgot, being black is an advantage, even though Ed Rendell is pretty sure many Americans aren't ready to vote for a black.

Don't forget she has Bill to campaign for her. They can cover twice as much ground as Obama can.

The question remains, why can't Clinton win North Carolina? She has all the name recognition so why can't she win?

user-pic

Harold Ford is perhaps the most uninspiring member of the DLC. And you know that's not damning by faint praise - it's quite an accomplisment to be the least inspiring member of the DLC. There's a lot of competition there.

And he barely lost Tennessee in 2006.

Keep that in mind as November rolls around.

You heard me say it before she needs to win by 20 Pts or more to make a Dent in Obamas Lead!!So far tonight she has not done that!!!

user-pic

Obama just got another $50 from me. Anyone want to join me?

Double down.

user-pic

He's got my $$$$$

user-pic

It's over --Clinton is finished.

She needed a blowout victory on the order of 15 or more points tonight. Instead, she has barely met expectations of winning a state where she's been the establishment frontrunner for months.

It is mathematically impossible for her to catch Obama; she's looking more and more like that knight in Monty Python & the Holy Grail who still wants to fight after having his limbs chopped off...

I predict she quits after Obama's Tarheel State triumph.

The tally's bouncing back and forth between four percent and ten percent in HRC's favor. If we take the average and get a 7-point spread, it's been a good night for Obama. It may well turn out to be tighter.

Carolina and Indiana, here we come....

Mmmm...53% to 47% with 18 precincts reporting.

This doesn't look like the blowout that Hillary was looking for.

I was anticipating her winning by 12 to 14% at least. If Obama can keep this under 10%, I'd say it's a big win for him. He cut her lead by half in a matter of two weeks and held on to that with a huge, dirty Republican style assault, courtesy of Hillary.

I expect that if things continue in this vein through the night, Obama will have SuperDels lining up for him in the next week.

She keeps winning and people keep saying she's finish. What's that defination of Insanity again -or yeah its repeating the same thing and expecting a different outcome. Like people saying she's finish as she continues to win.

Hey Hillbots where is that 20Pt WIN you said she was gonna get in PA!!!??????She did not get it did she!!!

Congratulations to Senator Clinton. You held on to a small portion of your 26 point lead. We will see if it cracks 10 points, but my guess is that it doesn't. Still, congratulations nonetheless are in order. See you in North Carolina and Indiana (one of which I suspect you will tell us doesn't count, or maybe both).

Seriously, congratulations.

When you have a chance mosey over to the Times front page. They have a neat interactive map of PA and you can hover your mouse over any county and get the current results there. Obama huge in Philly, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, while Clinton seems to have most of the remaining counties.

If Obama can close within 4-6 points Hillary has no way of catching up, esp. being broke.

Hillary's only remaining argument is the "big state" argument.

So, in other words, she has no remaining argument...

Obama looks like he took Chester! Too bad that one will still probably still go Republican in November.

http://www.electionreturns.state.pa.us/

It's 51.2% Clinton/48.8% Obama now!!

I smell an upset

Sniff again, my friend. Or rather, stop sniffing whatever it was you just inhaled. The PA site shows a 52-48 margin at the moment, and it's lagging the networks in reporting, which currently show 53-47. It'll be a narrow margin for Hillary, but there's no upset in the offing.

6 points my eye, it's a 4 point spread.

Under 5% is too close to call in my book, a victory for Hillary indeed...

Can someone enlighten me why all the talking heads and HRC supporters conclude that Obama cannot win "the big states" in the general election when HRC wins a state? Especially if the win is by 10% or less and how does one assume that would also be maintained in the general election? Afterall, they BOTH have a lot of support in all states and they are running against each other in the primary and presumably each would garner a lot of the others democratic support in the GE. They are not running in the prmary against a Republican so how does one conclude with any factual information that one can win and one cannot? It seems a stretch to me to make those conclusions and even though the national GE polls don't mean much at this time it seems to me they are a better indication of how either democrat will do in the fall????

Oh, that's easy. They're stupid.

Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) has Obama up 57-43 with less than a thousand votes counted so far. This might be one to watch.

Okee,

you're kidding me, right?

A six point spread? I'm fucking ecstatic. That's translates to a total win for Obama. She picks up near to zilch in delegate advantage, and precious little in popular votes. Plus, he forced her to spend what little money she had in a state that should have been a runaway sure win for her. Now she is looking at a blowout in NC and a real fight in Indiana and she is 2 million dollars in debt!!!

Fuck me running, Mary, she is burnt, crispy, fried, roasted, toast.

Me, crying? Dude, I'm celebrating if thing ends up with only a 6 point Clinton win.

like I said, bro

get that money in cash.

you are pathetic. You guys are clinging to the fact that Obama has accumulated some advantage with undemocratic caucus. You are the ones who depend on inheritance from your old men. To you, losing is winning. Tell you something, the teams limping to playoff with better record almost always loses to team streaking to win the last few games to earn playoff spots. You are shameless!

My old men?

It depends on what precincts have reported.

Here is my prediction: Obama will close in on the current 6-7% gap because the big cities are behind the small counties in the count. Since Obama's strength is in the big cities, as those numbers come in, he will close the gap to maybe 3-5%.

Way to get an idea it so hover over the interactive map at the Times and look at the percentages of precincts reporting. The smaller counties are ahead of the big cities in reporting percentages, so the big cities are lagging.

FinaL Clinton 52, Obama 48

Delegate-wise, she may have a net plurality or 5 when all the dust settles.

I fucking love how Terry Mcauliffe had the balls to say Obama threw the "kitchen sink" at Hillary. What a hack.

As someone who is struggling to understand what this contest between Clinton and Obama is about, maybe someone could help me.
1. I think Obama and Hillary supporters need to concede at some level that the election is over, and McCain is the next president. He has the appearence at least of being more liberal and honest, neutralising some of the Democrat's advantages. Obama and Hillary supporters have each damaged the other's candidate so much now that neither is electable any more. There is so much ammunition from all this for swiftboating that both are too damaged. Also the bitterness from the contest means that if Obama wins then enough Hillary supporters will stay away so McCain wins, and vice versa with Hillary. Also Nader will siphon off more votes to help McCain.
2. The main explanation for all this from Republicans is that Democrats are self destructive, formed a circular firing squad and so on. This is true sometimes, but there has never been a primary contest like this one, with the candidates so evenly matched and so unfair to each other. All they had to do to avoid all this was to pledge that whoever won, the other would be VP and the election would have been an easy win. So this is not even about the election, the Democrat's chances were thrown away as an afterthought in the mudslinging.
3. So if it is not about beating McCain, no one cares how many of the other's supporters are alienated, and all the progressive issues and Bush hatred are discarded then what is it all really about? I think this is not only a fight between the two branches of the Democrat's (moderate and extreme) but a fight between a new and old way of politics brought on by the internet. Obama supporters see something new, and the power of the internet in funding and organizing in blogs is seen as a paradigm shift to a new kind of Democrat and eventually a new kind of Republican. So it doesn't matter so much whether McCain wins or not, but whether the new internet based model gains control of the Democratic party for the next election against Jeb.
4. Blogs are partly to blame or praise for this. Since left wing blogs have such a huge influence now, they represent a form of town square meeting, a kind of virtual political arena where people feel connected in a way only possible previously in a small town. Instead of "it's the economy stupid" it has become "it's the internet stupid". The old ways and politicians can be thrown under the bus because this new way will replace it all.
5. The speed of the internet allows for a kind of virtual mob not unlike in the French Revolution, where bloggers sit uncomfortably on top of this, afraid to say much against the flow of the mob. Opposing voices like Hillary supporters are shouted down and insulted, a blogger's hits and his advertising revenue depends on how well he anticipates the movements of the mob. The target, as in the French revolution is the establishment and the perceived aristocracy. The self confidence arises from discussion between people who fact check and support each other, and since all the dissenting voices are driven away they form a mutual admiration society where everyone agrees with each other, and therefore they must be right.
6. Mobs don't always make good politics though, even though some politicians try to use their power to get into power. Often they end up scaring the establishment and lose the popular vote. On the other hand sometimes they create change.
7. I'm not knocking the idea of a mob like movement in politics that has happened with success and failures in the past. I'm just trying to understand what is going on in this race, since supporters might as well admit the presidency has been thrown under the bus over the contest now. If the successful candidate beats McCain now it will be a miracle despite the primary process, which is supposed to be all about winning the presidency, believe it or not. Of course comments like these don't go over well with mobs anyway, but at some point people are going to wonder what it was all about.

Half of philly has reported, Philly is Obama home base and this is where his strength lies people. This margin is only going to get wider, come on start thinking for a change.

I'm happy that PA nightmare is over. It looks like Obama will still have atleast half a million popular vote lead in hand coming out of PA. Also, ten points or less at this point- I can raise a glass for that.

The word going into tonight was that it would be Clinton's counties coming in late. But Chuck Todd just did a presentation on MSNBC which suggested that the remaining precincts may lean slightly in Obama's direction. Apparently there's a lot of suburban Philly still left to report.

It's going to end up between 10-12 points. Which would be a slight win for Clinton. S-D's will not be fooled by her attempted spin though.

Look at the CNN county map and get a life!

I think people here are forgetting their own advice. Hillary's base areas tend to report late.

"You are the ones who depend on inheritance from your old men."
...Huh? Do you mind clarifying?

Obama's strongholds are far ahead in their reported numbers, most of Clinton county is less than 40% reported.

Philly is 77% reported.

This is going to swing 4-5 more points Hillary's way before all votes are counted.

Check out the front page.

"The word going into tonight was that it would be Clinton's counties coming in late. But Chuck Todd just did a presentation on MSNBC which suggested that the remaining precincts may lean slightly in Obama's direction. Apparently there's a lot of suburban Philly still left to report."

Jonze:

You may be still be right. But it's not that simple. The remaining 23% of Philly for instance can be as big as a half a dozen other counties.

But 10 point win looks certain. Delegate spread and popular vote are key end the end of the day.

Anything less than 250,000 margin is bad news for Hillary. Anything less that 200,000 is real good news for Obama.

user-pic

Hillary is going to win by between 8-12 points. This is just enough that she can reasonably spin it as a solid enough win to keep going, but not enough to change any essential in the race.

And now the suffering will continue. Yessiree bob, I'm sure looking forward to the six weeks between now and 6/3.

user-pic

Why won't MSNBC call McAuliffe on the fact that Hillary did NOT WIN TEXAS OR MI?

What the hell? This is like the 5th time I heard this and they just ignore it.

It's crazy. It's sad. Even Brokaw said she won Texas.

But she did win Texas. Oh, I forgot, Obamabots like so steal elections. Your man is toast. Hoodwinked much?

He won more delegates in TX.

Obama should drop out now. He's cannot win a big state. GET OUT NOW.

Obama can't buy an election. Americans aren't fooled by his *games* and hoodwinking. GET OUT NOW, BO

Blue Puppy:

If only candidates took your advice to drop out, but too bad for you Obama will still be running when you open papers tommorow morning.

Rules said most delegates- and most in the country think we should follow the rules. Too bad, sorry.

I said all along I would be thrilled with 8 pts or less, and it looks like that is exactly where it should land.

Interesting note that 8% is the number of racist Pennsylvanian Democrats who admitted they would NEVER vote for a black guy. Coincidence? Hardly!

Sent another $25.00 to my man Barack, who is going to win NC and IN and shut this show down.

I expect Shrilliary Clintjoke to gain 8 delegates tonight, which will be offset by the dozen super delegates that come out for Barack Obama this week!

From 33 pts to 8 pt? Oh my goodness WHAT A VICTORY!

Hey gotalife.... didn't you call a 20 pt victory? Were you (gasp!) wrong? Hahahahahaha

Honestly this is the reason democrats keep losing. STOP ARGUING amongst yourselves. See the big picture!!Please! As one of the rest of the world I am begging you!

Hey all. I grew up and went to college in PA. It is a throwback, backwards state. It "clings" to righteous racism, which means, we are ok with black people as long as they know their place. Obama was seen as uppity. The good news is that in another generation, these old timers will be gone, these people who cannot see the new American, and its cultural diversity. The fact that Obama was only losing by a margin of 10 points in some of these most entrenched regions of PA is really amazing to me. And great news. So, even though he lost the state, he won the war. He did what he had to do, and I predict by the time the sun rises tomorrow, it will be a 6-7 point margin. As an Obama supporter originally from the Keystone state, I'm feeling real good right now. This was a really tough battle, and to come back from a 20 point deficit is a historic battle. Believe me--these people are my relatives--and they are as racist as David Duke.

I'm angry at the fact that she always MOCKS him in her speeches. I cannot stand that woman.

maybe you can't stand her, but she'll stand for you. ;)
