I have another point which is a borderline process issue but it is relevant. What kind of leadership will the two candidates provide? While I give some kudos to Hillary because she has made a real effort in the senate to build consensus during her tenure in the senate, she is still a divisive figure. Conversely, Obama has a long track record of being a uniter.

Anyone who would like some first hand information regarding this issue Google Obama and Harvard Law Review. What you will find is the “conservatives” at Harvard giving him very good marks when they supported him for President of the Law Review AND afterward when his term concluded.

The reason this issue strikes me right now is that is has been well known for some time that the Clintons have been engaged in a behind the scenes power struggle within the Party since 2004. The point is, is if Hillary were less divisive she may well have discussed her campaign with Howard Dean in the run up to 2007. There is no doubt that had that happened she could have gleaned some very valuable information about using the internet. It is general knowledge that Dean revolutionized fund raising with his insurgent campaign in 2004.

I am certain that one of the historical sketches of this election will highlight the fact that Hillary missed the internet wave until it was too late. She has run out of funds, in fact there are new stories circulating about her burning several vendors, come to think of it why isn’t THIS is a story? At the same time Obama has bucket loads of money.
