Now that John Edwards has dropped out, we've prepared a video retrospective of all the attacks that Elizabeth and John waged against leading right-wing media figures like Ann Coulter, something that was one of the more fun subplots of Campaign 2008.

Greg, *please* tell David K over at the TPM mothership to rewrite his item linking to the same Horse's Mouth item -- it reads as if Elizabeth Edwards has passed away. (On a similar note, "retrospective" has similar connotations.)

In general, I haven't thought too much of the various accusations that the site was too pro-Obama or too pro-Hillary.
But, I gotta ask, does Josh hate Edwards?
Ezra Klein and Matt Yglesias both paused and wrote thoughtful pieces on what Edwards campaign meant. Even TNR got into the act.
But TPM? All we get is a perfunctory horse-race blog from Josh asking for predictions on where the supporters will go and a video clip on Elizabeth v. the wingnuts.
Please don't expect much sympathy the next time you want to complain about the superficial horse-race analysis from the MSM.

I thought that post about the Edwards couple's salutary effect on the debate about political coverage made a decent point, and gave the Edwardses credit that they deserve.

Sorry Greg, that wasn't aimed at you! I've been impressed with your attention to the question of media coverage of the Edwards campaign, and the video round-up is a nice retrospective.
I was just complaining about the TPM front page which was noticeable deficient in broader Edwards reflections when compared to other political blogs today.
But there's no comment space there, so the whine ended up here.
