Rasmussen: McCain Ahead By One Point In New Hampshire
This morning's Rasmussen poll shows John McCain holding a slim lead over Mitt Romney in New Hampshire, with no significant changes in that situation. Meanwhile, Ron Paul is in danger of coming in fifth place behind Rudy Giuliani, after previously beating Rudy by a good margin in Iowa.
Here are the numbers, as compared to yesterday's poll:
McCain 32% (+0)
Romney 31% (+1)
Huckabee 11% (+0)
Giuliani 10% (+1)
Paul 8% (-3)

I, for one, would be happy to see an Obama-McCain race. I disagree strongly with McCain's positions on the issues, but he has similar personal integrity to Obama. They are both willing to admit when they are wrong. They both tell people things they don't want to hear (okay, I know McCain made peace with the evangelicals - no one's perfect). There is a degree of honesty and self-confidence in each of them that is refreshing. It might be very good for the country to have two such people running against each other. Call me Pollyanna, but it would sure beat a Clinton-Romney campaign, which I've been fearing for some time.

come on mitt, throw in some more cash. You can take new hampshire and deal mccain a body blow. Mccain and huckabee are the two best republican nominees. We need mitt the flip to trounce the republicans in november.

For those people praising McCain's integrity -- did you already forget his sellout on the Military Commissions Act? You know, the bill that granted American officials immunity from war crimes prosecution, and effectively legalized torture?
