Florida Newspapers Backing McCain
John McCain won the endorsements of three major Florida newspapers over the weekend: The Orlando Sentinel, the Palm Beach Post, and the Gainesville Sun.
Going into Florida after his win in South Carolina, the papers' endorsements certainly couldn't hurt.

Since when is the Gainesville Sun a "major paper?"

@Spencer:
Same goes for the PBP.
The 'major papers' in FL are: Miami Herald, Sun-Sentinel, Orlando Sentinel, and St. Pete Times.
Gainesville Sun has a crazy-low readership and about 5 pages of non-Wire material a day.

McCain's two sons are serving this country. As a pilot, John McCain proudly served the United States. He undeniably loves this country. He respects the rule of law and understands the complexities and dangers facing our world. I, for one, will sleep a lot better at night knowing that President John McCain's steady hand is at the helm.
Let's give him a chance. He's earned it.
