New Tancredo Ad: Open Borders Lead To Gang Violence And Rape
Here's Tom Tancredo's new ad in Iowa, in which the narrator shows the consequences of open borders: A lot of dirty, tattooed, brown-skinned gang members coming into this country to commit rape and murder.

Actually, I think this is a pretty damn good ad in terms of the stunning visuals, likely to appeal to the sensibilities of much of the GOP base.
He probably shouldn't make "Pushing Drugs, Raping Kids" his campaign slogan, though.

My car was broken into last month and when I mentioned it to my Fox News "friend", the first thing he said was that it was illegal aliens and how we needed to close our borders. I found that unlikely at the time, as there are plenty of poor people who live in nearby neighborhoods, and see no reason to think they needed to be illegal. But now I understand what he's talking about. Thanks Tom Tancredo, for helping ensure that another generation of Hispanic people hate Republicans.

Is it known what percentage of gang members are immigrants? Versus, say, skin heads? Tancredo's campaign is the essence of racism: transfer fears onto a specific group identifiable by skin color. No white rapists out there? No black murderers? No Asian gangs?

My understanding has been that the Salva Maratrucha gang, the worst, was spawned in L.A., then deported to Central America.

The drunk driver who killed my brother and his wife was a white, middle-class piece of crap. The guy who called 911 and stayed with them until the ambulance got there (too late) and sat on the drunk till the cops got there (guy is out of jail already), was an illegal from Mexico.
