Fox Legal Department Fires Back At Romney Camp
Fox News is not impressed by Mitt Romney's defiance of their edict against campaigns using Fox footage in campaign ads and Web sites.
The Huffington Post reports that Chris Silvestri, Fox's Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs, has responded to the Romney campaign's contention that their latest ad and others constitute fair use.
"The Romney campaign using footage as part of the 'Mitt TV' section of their website goes well beyond a 'Fair Use' exception to U.S. Copyright Law and we will respond accordingly," Silvestri wrote in a statement obtained by the HuffPo.
The Politicker asks the key question here: "Will the Romney campaign live to regret alienating Fox? Guess we'll find out."

I expect this story to be fever pitch about nothing in about a week's time, with much hand-wringing over copyright, mp3's and blogs.

Well, given that False News just happens to be run by Rudy Giuliani's bosom bud' Roger Ailes, my guess would be Mitt Romney has probably already alienated them pretty thoroughly just by breathing.

Shred the Constitution; but don't cross Fox News.

I guess Romney is learning what it means to belong to an evangelical party (no Mormons allowed) as well as a dictatorial party (we will tell you whom to chose). If the cowardly Mormon (I stood down when real Patriots stood up in Vietnam) were a Democrat, he would actually have a chance (we would judge him on his content, not his cover).
As for McCain the traitor (torture works, so he must have revealed state secrets) he hasn't had balls since the Repubics castrated him in South Carolina.

Get all the free footage you want by just appearing on the Keith Olberman's show!
re:cranialwhateverloopbackscomment;I hope to hell you stood up when Mitt stood down to be making the coward comment. All I saw was thousands drafted into a bogus bankrupt foreign policy hellhole the architects of which continue to evade the war crime tribunals that everyone involved richly deserved. So much for patriotism. That Mitt is a pro-corporate,opportunistic,moron is self evident as well as McCain,(remember the Keating 5 anyone?)as well as the rest of the Republican ticket.Patriotism and any war effort are not automatically linked. Quite the opposite in fact.Remember Custer Loopy?
