Richardson Running New One-Minute Ad In Iowa

Bill Richardson's new one-minute ad in Iowa features the candidate talking to the viewer in a rural, outdoor setting:

"I knew there'd be differences between the candidates, especially on Iraq," Richardson says. "I'll get every soldier out. You can't say you'll end the war if you plan to leave thousands of troops behind. The Iraqis sure won't think the war is over."

Richardson has been declining recently in the race. In yesterday's Iowa poll, he is back down to 7% when he had had a fast rise to double digits during the summer.

That's a curious way to end a spot, "I know who I am." Will he be going after Hillary with that theme? Liberal or conservative? Hawk or dove? Poll testing for answers; etc.
