I once asked a well-known general if there were any Democrats running for President who understood the way military leaders think, and he said, "You mean, aside from Hillary?"

I personally think this should be taken with a grain of salt. But imagine how many people--on the right AND left--would be trying to nail Clinton on this if the comment wasn't friendly to her. I know it shouldn't influence my decision, but the double standard for Clinton makes me like her even more (though she's still behind Clark and Richardson for me).
