Myers, who comes out of Texas politics, has worked for Rick Santorum, among other Republicans. This hire won't get Romney designated today's winner of the "talent primary," however, because today's victory belongs to John McCain for his hiring of GOP operative Terry Nelson, the strategist behind the infamous "bimbo" ad attacking Dem Harold Ford, Jr. D.C. insiders are calling the Nelson hiring a "huge get."
