Kenneth Blackwell is finished. CNN's Wolf Blitzer just said the network is projecting that Dem Ted Strickland has won the race to be Ohio's next Governor.

The robo-calls last night had the GOP sticking the fork in Blackwell already and saying that they were voting for Ted Strickland, the Dem, for governor, but for the local GOP state representative.
