CT-04: Farrell Edges Into Lead Over Shays
Dem Diane Farrell has edged into a lead over GOP Rep. Chris Shays. Farrell leads Shays 51%-48% with 48% precincts reporting.

Just watching local WTNH-8 report and Shays came out(I did not see this) to give a kind of victory speech.
Farrell also came out and thanked many in her camp, but did not say that it was over. Still quite a few mail in ballots to count. I think that the report on local TV had higher % reporting than your 48%.
CT-02 is neck and neck with Courtney(D) and Simmons (R) -less than 600 vote difference with almost 180K votes in.
