The numbers are in, and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is claiming that it's outraised its GOP counterpart yet again. The Dems say they've brought in $4.2 million for the month of July -- as against just $3.3 million for the Republican Senate operation in the same month.

UPDATE: Meanwhile, fundraisers for GOP House candidates raised $12.5 million in July, roughly three times their Dem counterparts.
