OH-03: Dem Arrested For Domestic Violence Drops Out Of Race

I doubt Hackett will run.

Here's an interesting news item from Ohio that really is spying on a campaign (giving a false name and signing up as a volunteer), unlike the bogus previous reports from elsewhere.
