ConnecticutBlog has posted a bunch of photos of what appear to be members of the Secret Service in Stanford this afternoon, leading to widespread speculation in Connecticut that Joe Lieberman is planning a big surprise event or endorsement today. We'll keep you posted.

UPDATE: Word now has it that the surprise visitor is John Boehner, who's apparently in town to campaign for Rep. Chris Shays.
