SD-GOV: Billion Wins South Dakota Primary
In the South Dakota Democratic gubernatorial primary, Jack Billion beat out Dennis Wiese to face popular Republican Governor Mike Rounds in November.
Billion won 68% to 38%, giving South Dakota progressives some confidence about the general election.
A few months ago, no one would have cared about this race. But in February, when Rounds signed the most restrictive abortion ban in the country, his favorability ratings dropped from 75% to 58%, and Democrats starting paying attention. Billion, a physician and an ex-state Rep., says the abortion ban inspired him to run. Wiese, president of the South Dakota Farmers Union, is more socially conservative and said he would only change parts of the ban. Both candidates entered the race in March.

I appeal to you to form groups of young men and women who would spend
an hour a week totally not continuously but in short stretches for my internet campaign against German racism.
Many German Ph.Ds particularly from University of Stuttgart are copy cats of Scientific Journals in English. Some of them become even professors in their universities. They get away with this since their medium is German and their English is poor. Their Nobel laureates are exceptions that prove the rule.
For a start SMS German PhDs are copycats!
